Discovery call by video
Before a free video call, we review your current site and the map results for your part of London. On the call we talk about the treatments you want to grow and the patients you want to reach.
Proxima provides dental website design in London for private and mixed practices. Neda Yavari designs and builds each site herself, with local SEO planned around your boroughs and a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts.
A London patient can compare several practices within a short walk, so every Dental website we build explains clearly why they should book with you, and Neda designs each one herself at our East London Studio.

Patients here often look for a dentist near the office as well as near home, and many of them compare prices and opening times on a phone before they call. We write your site around the treatments you most want to offer and the boroughs your patients come from, and Neda runs the project with you over video calls, phone and email.
A London patient might weigh up several practices on a phone during a lunch break, so we plan your site around the questions they want answered before they book.
Londoners tend to search with a neighbourhood name, such as 'dentist Islington' or 'Invisalign Canary Wharf', and each of those searches has its own map results. We write a page for each area you want patients from, with the stations, bus routes or parking that apply there, so every area page is useful to someone who lives or works nearby.
In central and inner London a patient searching 'dentist near me' can see several private practices a few streets apart, and the map results appear before any website. Your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your area pages decide much of the order there, so we can set them up alongside the site.
Patients in the capital often look at several practices for implants, Invisalign or whitening before they book a consultation. We put your fees and finance options near the top of each treatment page, along with evening and weekend appointment times, and for a mixed practice the site shows clearly which treatments are available on the NHS. Treatment claims are worded the way the GDC expects, and you check and approve every one.
Proxima works from East London and runs projects by video, phone and email, so the part of London your practice is in makes no difference to how we work. Neda leads each call with you, and she also designs and builds your site herself.
We design websites for dental practices in any London borough, and the local SEO follows the neighbourhoods your patients type into Google.

Your written proposal sets out the pages, the timeline, what you will own once the site is live and one fixed price. Nothing is added to it later unless you agree.
Neda designs the site, writes or edits the treatment and area pages and builds it. You review every design in your client portal and approve each page there before launch.
We redirect your old pages and check the site before it goes live, then show you how to edit it yourself. Ongoing dental SEO and site care are there if you want them.

I write the area and treatment pages for your part of London, and I design and build the site for you.

Neda runs every Proxima project herself from the studio in East London. Calls happen by video or phone, so a practice in Richmond gets the same attention as one in Shoreditch.

Common questions from London practice owners about working with Proxima. If yours is missing, Neda will answer it on the discovery call.
Send it with your quote requestProxima quotes every dental website on enquiry, because the price depends on the treatment and area pages you need. Once you have had a free discovery call, Neda sends a written proposal with a fixed price that lays out the scope, the timeline and what you will own. A London site with pages for several neighbourhoods involves more work than a site for a single surgery, and our guide to website costs in the UK lists the running costs to plan for after launch.
You deal with Neda Yavari, who designs and builds your site herself. Proxima has no account managers, so the person who hears your brief is the person who answers your emails once the site is live.
Through your own client portal. It shows every stage of the project, lets you comment on the designs at phone, tablet and desktop sizes, and records your approval of each stage. Your files live there too, and you get an email when something needs you. You can still call or email Neda whenever you like.
Yes, that is the job of the local SEO, although nobody can promise a first page position. Your site gets a page for each neighbourhood you want patients from, and the treatment pages name the area. Your Google Business Profile can also be set up for the practice's exact address. Reviews also affect the order of the map results, and ongoing dental SEO after launch can keep new ones coming in. On the discovery call we will say which local searches are within reach for your practice.
Yes. Proxima is an independent web design studio based in East London, and Neda works with dental practices anywhere in the capital by video call, phone and email.
The length of a project depends on the size of the site, and a site with pages for several boroughs takes longer than one for a single surgery. Your proposal sets the timeline before work starts, so you can plan the launch around the diary at the practice.
Yes. We build websites for private, mixed and NHS practices across London, including specialist clinics on and around Harley Street. On a mixed practice site, each treatment page says if it is available on the NHS, privately, or both.
Yes. We design dental websites for practices across the UK, and we plan websites for Essex dental practices around the towns patients there search by. In London we give more weight to individual neighbourhoods, because so many practices compete for patients within a small area.
Neda writes guides for dental practices about websites and local search, and about what the GDC and CQC expect a practice to publish. Reading one shows how she approaches a project before you speak.
