Dental website design and dental SEO for UK practices, by Proxima, an independent studio in East London. You deal with the person who designs and builds your site, the GDC and CQC details are built in, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts.
If any of these sounds familiar, it is something we sort out in the build, or in the SEO afterwards if you want us to carry on.
Editing
Nobody at the practice can change the website
The site was built by someone who has since moved on, and every fee change or new associate means waiting for a developer. We build on a visual editor and walk your team through it at launch, so fees, opening times and the team page are changes you make yourself.

Search
The practice doesn't show up for its treatments
Patients search for a treatment and a town, and they find the practices that have a page for it. We plan a page for each treatment you want more of and set the site up for local search before it goes live.
A page for each treatment you want to grow
SEO set up from the start
Google Business Profile set up on Authority and Dominance
Trust
Your dentists and your GDC details are hard to find
New patients want to see who will treat them before they book. We give each dentist a profile with their GDC number and qualifications, and set out the CQC details and the complaints procedure the way the regulators expect.
Clinician profiles with GDC numbers
CQC details and complaints procedure
Before and after photos only with documented consent
Reporting
You pay for SEO and can't see what it does
If the reports you get are full of figures that never turn into booked patients, it is hard to judge the work. On the SEO Growth Plan we report on what moved and what is planned next, and talk it through with you on a call.
Reports you can follow
Strategy calls with the person doing the work
No promises of first page rankings

Overview
A new website gives the practice a sound footing. Ranking for 'dentist near me' and for each treatment in your area is ongoing work, and if you want us to carry on after launch, the SEO Growth Plan covers it, run by the same person who built the site.
We won't promise you first page rankings, because nobody can honestly promise them. We'll tell you which searches are realistic for your area, work on those first, and show you what moved.
Google Business Profile management, review strategy and local schema, so the practice shows in the map results for searches near you.
Treatment page rankings
Keyword tracking and on page work for dental implants, Invisalign, whitening and emergency dentist searches, starting with the treatments you want more of.

How the work runs
Neda has spent her career designing and building websites for small and medium-sized UK businesses in professional services, and runs every project herself. The person on your first call is the person who builds your site.
We work with dental practices across the UK. London and Essex are closest to our East London base, and we know how patients there search for a dentist, area by area.
All projects require a signed agreement and deposit before work begins. Revision rounds are defined per package; additional rounds are billed as add-ons. Retainers are monthly rolling with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Dental marketing guides
Dental marketing Guidesfor UK practices
Our guides for dental practices on websites, GDC and CQC rules and dental SEO. Read one before the call and you will know how we approach a practice website.
Every dental website is quoted on enquiry, so the price matches the site your practice needs. After a free discovery call we send a proposal with the scope, the timeline, what you own at the end and a fixed price, and nothing is added quietly afterwards. A focused Presence build suits a single surgery that needs a sharp, professional site. Authority adds SEO optimised treatment page copy, blog integration, Core Web Vitals work and Google Search Console setup. Dominance covers groups, specialist clinics and full brand design. Our guide to how much a website costs in the UK covers the running costs to budget for after launch.
Neda Yavari, who founded Proxima and runs it on her own. She designs, writes, builds and optimises your site herself. The person you brief on the first call writes the proposal, builds the site and answers your emails after launch. There are no account managers and nothing is passed to anyone else.
Through your own client portal. It shows every stage of the project, lets you comment on the designs at phone, tablet and desktop sizes, and records your approval of each stage. Your files live there too, and you get an email when something needs you. You can still call or email Neda whenever you like.
It depends on the package and on how many treatment pages the site covers. A focused Presence build for a single practice is the quickest, an Authority build with a full set of treatment pages takes longer, and a Dominance build for a group longer again. You get a firm timeline on the proposal, so the launch date holds. Content is the usual cause of delay on a dental website, which is why SEO optimised copywriting is included from the Authority package upwards.
Yes, the website is yours, and you can take full ownership whenever you choose with no requirement to keep working with us. Project packages are a one off cost with a signed agreement and a deposit before work begins, and there is no ongoing fee unless you choose a monthly plan. Retainers roll monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel: the Website Care Plan has no minimum term and the SEO plans have a three month minimum, then roll monthly.
Yes. We build on a visual editor, so changing fees, opening times, treatments or the team page does not need a developer. You get a walkthrough of the new site at launch. If you would rather not make the changes yourself, the Website Care Plan covers small updates.
Yes. SEO optimised copywriting is part of the Authority and Dominance packages, and can be added to a Presence build page by page. We write the treatment pages inside GDC advertising guidance, and you check each one before it goes live, since the clinical detail is yours to confirm.
Yes. Every build follows the GDC's guidance on advertising and the CQC's expectations for treatment information, complaints handling and patient communication. Treatment pricing, clinician GDC registration numbers, CQC registration details and the complaints process are all set out the way the regulators expect, and before and after photography is only used with documented patient consent. Private GP clinics and other CQC registered practices get the same care through private clinic web design.
Yes. Anything on the current site worth keeping is brought across, every old page address is redirected to its new page, and rankings are checked after launch so the practice carries on from where it was rather than starting again. If the site only needs work on its pages and its SEO rather than a rebuild, we will tell you that on the call.
Yes. Every build links to the online booking system your practice already uses, or to a GDPR safe enquiry form if you do not have one. Deeper integrations with your practice management software are custom third party work, included in the Dominance package and scoped as an extra on the other packages.
It is built to. Every package includes the SEO set up, and Authority and Dominance add SEO optimised treatment pages, Core Web Vitals work and a Google Business Profile set up properly. We won't promise first page positions, because nobody can honestly promise them. On the SEO Growth Plan we work on the searches that are realistic for your area and show you what moved.
Yes, if you want it. Website Care covers security monitoring, performance checks and small updates. SEO Growth covers ongoing dental SEO and blog content. Extensive Growth adds development and design time on top of SEO Growth. The same person who built your site runs the work, and none of the plans is required.
Yes. A private practice website needs treatment pages with clear pricing, finance information, clinician profiles with GDC numbers, before and after galleries used with documented consent, and local SEO for the treatments you want more of, such as implants and Invisalign. We build all of that into dental websites for private practices, quoted on enquiry with a written scope before work starts.
Both. NHS, mixed and fully private practices go through the same process, and the pages, treatment focus and SEO adapt to your patient mix. Specialist clinics covering implants, endodontics, orthodontics and oral surgery are also welcome.
